Board Regular Meeting
August 10, 2026

Present: B. Roehrborn, D. Johnson, D. Warzynski, W. Tomczak T. Manske, K. Wellens, H. Burns, C. Smith
Visitors: Greg Otto, Lori Helmrick, Tom Pagel, Ashton Evertsen, John Evertsen, Randy Wohlfeil
Meeting was called to order at 5:00 pm by President B. Roehrborn
Pledge of Allegiance was said.
D. Warzynski made a motion, seconded by K. Wellens to approve the minutes from the July meeting. Motion approved 5-0.
Treasurer’s report – H. Burns gave the treasurer’s report. D. Johnson made a motion, seconded by D. Warzynski to approve the treasurer’s report. Motion approved 5-0.
Finance report: D. Johnson gave the finance report. T. Manske made a motion, seconded by W. Tomczak to approve the bills. Motion approved 5-0.
Public Input – Discussion on snow removal of sidewalks. D. Johnson made a motion, seconded by W. Tomczak to continue doing the snow removal as in the past. Motion approved 5-0
Public Works –Sidewalks to be done September or October.
Property – Greg brought to the board prices for stump removal in the village of $2.00 an inch. The board agreed to the quotes and gave Greg the go ahead to get this done up to $700.00.
Fire/EMS – Lights need to be finished in the station yet. Got too hot before.
Ordinance/Personnel – Need to meet before budget time.
Cemetery – Nothing
Beautification – None
Media/Sewer – None
Equipment – Wheel loader being worked on. Greg asked to get two rechargeable batteries for $130.00. Also to purchase a weedwhacker for $350.00. Take money out of parks.
D. Johnson reported we were approved for LRIP grant up to $12,891.78 to do repairs on Church Street and Maple Street. We will be advertising it soon. Work might not be done till next year.
