Joint Collection Site Meeting

Meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by B. Roehrborn
Discussed the layout of the property and how it is working. Where does it need improvement.
The committee decided it needs to make the unloading area longer and more level.
We have had several trespassers entering the collection site when we are not open and in spots that are not driveways. Because of this we will put up some surveillance cameras and signs “Site is under surveillance “on the property. These people will be turned over to the sheriff’s department and fined for trespassing and unlawful dumping. They will also lose their privilege of using this site in the future.
There will be a gate installed where the irrigation system runs through the site.
Dave Johnson will follow through with getting the gate installed. Roger Hetzel has some supplies that can be used for this project. Dave will also work with Kip to see what the landing will need and how to proceed with getting this done.
Brian made a motion, seconded by Wally to adjourn. Motion approved.
