Upcoming Events

Welcome to the Village of Almond!

This website is used by the Village Board to inform our residents and other interested individuals about the official business of the Village of Almond.

Village Board meetings are regularly held the 2nd Monday of each month. All are encouraged to attend and take part in your local government.

During the the Village Board August 2026 regular meeting, the board will be discussing a proposed change to our winter sidewalk maintenance policy.

Currently, the Village maintenance crews clear snow from all residential sidewalks. However, due to rising operational and equipment costs, the Board is considering a proposal to discontinue this public service.

We highly value community feedback on this matter. We encourage all residents to attend the upcoming meeting to share their opinions, questions, or concerns.

  • Date: Monday, August 10, 2026
  • Time: 5:00 PM
  • Location: Village Office

Thank you for your time and continued partnership in keeping our community informed.

Sincerely,
The Village of Almond Board
