Village Board MInutes Dec 10, 2012

Village Board Meeting December 10, 2012 Members Present: D. Helmrick, B. Roehrborn, R. Burns, k. Olson Visitors: Dan Folan President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm.

1. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to approve the minutes of the November meeting. Motion carried 4-0.
2. Burns made a motion and seconded by B. Roehrborn to approve the Treasurers report. Motion carried 4-0.
3. Helmrick made a motion and seconded by B. Roehrborn to approve the December disbursements. Motion carried 4-0.

We are not getting the Grant for the Safe Walk to School.

1. Olson made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to grant Operator Licenses to Dawn Lytle, Todd Lytle and Amy Eppinger after all the paper work is completed. Motion carried 3 and 1 substain.

Caucus set for January 14^th, 2013 at 6:30pm Next Meeting January 14^th, 2013 at 7pm.

1. Olson made a motion and seconded by B. Roehrborn to adjourn at 7:40pm. Motion carried 4-0.
