Village Board Meeting
January 14, 2013
Board Members :D. Helmrick, B. Roehrborn, R. Burns, S. Bunders, K. Olson.
Visitor: Mary Joost, Roman Heimerl and Dan Folan
- Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm.
- Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to approve the minutes of the December meeting. Motion carried 5-0.
- Olson made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to accept the Treasurers report. Motion carried 5-0.
- Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to approve the January disbursements. Motion carried 5-0.
- Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick for Dan to purchase a lawn mower and weed eater for the Cemetery for $600.00 to replace the stolen equipment. Motion carried 5-0.
.Mary Joost and Roman Heimerl discussed the possible closure of 4
th St North of Division St.
James Johnson requested the possible closure of Poplar St. between Oak St and Main St. and possible closure of plotted St. between County J and County A South of Art Pagels home.
