Meeting Minutes

Village Board Meeting July 8, 2013 Members Present: D. Helmrick, K. Stucker, R. Burns, K. Olson, S. Bunders, B. Roehrborn. Visitors: Dan Folan President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm.
  1. Helmrick made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to approve the minutes of the June meeting. Motion carried 5-0.
  2. Olson made a motion and seconded by K. Stucker to approve the Treasurer Report. Motion carried 5-0.
  3. Helmrick made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to approve the July disbursements. Motion carried 6-0.
The Tire Round-Up will be every Wednesday and Saturday in October. Stop signs on all Alleys was discussed at length and tabled until the August meeting.
  1. Olson made a Motion and seconded by B. Roehrborn to grant a Class B Beer and Liquor License and a Cigarette License to KC’s Fuel Stop,Donald Cayce. Motion carried 6-0.
  2. Olson made a motion and seconded by K. Stucker to make two shelves in the meeting room for the Board Members books. Motion carried 6-0.
Next Meeting August 12, 2013.
  1. Olson made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to adjourn at 8:15pm. Motion carried 6-0.
