| Village Board Meeting August 12, 2013 Members Present: D. Helmrick, K. Stucker, B.Roehrborn, K. Olson, R. Burns. Visitor: Dan Folan President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm. D. Helmrick made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to approve the July minutes. Motion carried 4-5. B. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to approve the Treasurers report. Motion carried 5-0. K. Stucker made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve the August disbursements. Motion carried 5-0. Variance meeting for the School on the Kurkowski property is on 8-13-2013. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by B. Roehrborn to get two batteries for the maintenance power tools. Motion carried 5-0. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to not waive the fees for Electrical Inspections. Motion carried 5-0. Next Meeting September 9, 2013 B.
