Village Board Meeting Minutes Sept. 9, 2013

Village Board Meeting September 9, 2013 Members Present: B. Roehrborn, D. Helmrick, R. Burns, K. Olson. Visitors: Lavern Owen President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm.

1. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to approve the August minutes. Motion carried 4-0.
2. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to approve the Treasurers report. Motion carried 4-0.
3. Olson made a motion and seconded by B. Roehrborn to approve the September disbursements. Motion carried 4-0.

Lavern Owen asked the Village to give a year relief on the Electrical Inspection Fee for updates of Electrical work. After much discussion D. Helmrick made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to leave the Electrical Inspection fee in place. Motion carried 4-0. The Auditors report was discussed. We are going to look into a change of Auditors. Next Meeting October 14, 2013.

1. Olson made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to adjourn at 9:20pm. Motion carried 4-0.
