Village Board Meeting
July 14, 2014
Board Members Present: D. Helmrick, B. Roehrborn, R. Burns, K. Stucker, S. Bunders.
Visitors: Sheriff Charewicz, Tina Marchel, Frank Marchel, Judy Russell, Sari Lesk, Dan Folan.
President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm.
- Bunders made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve the minutes of the June Meeting. Motion carried 5-0.
- Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to approve the Treasurers report. Motion carried 5-0.
- Bunders made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to approve the July disbursements. Motion carried 5-0.
Sheriff Charewicz discussed questions and concerns from residents in attendance.
Committee reports were given.
The Board gave K. Trzebiatowski permission to use the Village tractor to move the Legion Stand for Tater Toot.
There was discussion on a letter from a Village Taxpayer.
- Bunders made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve an Operator’s License for Amanda Methfessel. Motion carried 5-0.
- Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to pass CMAR Resolution #109. Motion carried 5-0.
The Clerk and Deputy Clerk position was discussed and tabled till the August meeting.
- Stucker made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to adjourn. Motion carried 5-0.
