Village of Almond Board Minutes Nov 10, 2014

Village Board Meeting November 10, 2014 Members Present: D. Helmrick, B. Roehrborn, R. Burns, S. Bunders, K. Stucker. Visitors: Dan Folan, Robert Rohde, Joan Rohde. President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm.

1. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to approve the minutes of the October meeting. Motion carried 4-0.
2. Bunders made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve the Treasurers report. Motion carried 5-0.
3. Helmrick made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve the November disbursements. Motion carried 5-0.
4. Helmrick made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to use previous year amounts for Fire payments. Motion carried 5-0.
5. Burns made a motion and seconded by B. Roehrborn to refund Belmont their 2% Fire dues. Motion carried 5-0.
6. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to order 6 Winter Scene Banners for the Streets. Motion carried 5-0.
7. Helmrick made a motion and seconded by B. Roehrborn to adjourn to the Budget Meeting. Motion carried 5-0.

Robert Rohde approved the Budget.

1. Stucker made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to adjourn to the regular meeting. Motion carried 5-0.
2. Burns made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to adopt the 2015 Budget. Motion carried 5-0.

Next Meeting December 8, 2014 at 7pm.

1. Burns made a motion and seconded by K. Stucker to adjourn. Motion carried 5-0.
