Village Board Meeting
July 13, 2015
Board Members Present: D. Helmrick, B. Roehrborn, R. Burns, K. Stucker, S. Bunders.
Visitors: Ed. Schultz, Heather Burns, Heidi Iwanski, Arick Iwanski, Dan Folan, Sheriff Mike Lucas, Nathan Sandwich.
President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm.
- Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to approve the minutes of the June meeting. Motion carried 4-0.
- Helmrick made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to approve the May Treasurers report. Motion carried 5-0.
- Stucker made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve the June Treasurers report. Motion carried 5-0.
- Stucker made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to appoint Heidi Iwanski as Deputy Clerk. Motion carried 5-0.
- Bunders made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to appoint Heather Burns to fill the Treasurers term. Motion carried 5-0.
- Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve the July disbursements. Motion carried 5-0.
Sheriff Lucas spoke in regard to the County Officers using the Municipal Center as a Center for County Officers to use for updating their work and awareness in the Village.
- Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by K. Stucker to allow the Sheriffs Department to use the Municipal Center. Motion carried 5-0.
- Helmrick made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to allow Dan Folan to hire help to get the Street ready for Tater Toot. Motion carried 5-0.
- Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by K. Stucker to allow the Legion to use the Village tractor to move their food stand. Motion carried 5-0.
- Helmrick made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to raise E. Coyle pay by .50 and hour at the dump, to $10.50 an hour. Motion carried 5-0.
- Bunders made a motion and seconded by K. Stucker to grant operator license to Dan Glisczynski and Sandra Thurley. Motion carried 5-0.
- Roehrborn explained the CMOM meeting that he and Dan attended and is getting the material set up to be worked on.
Next meeting is August 10, 2015.
- Helmrick made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to adjourn. Motion carried 5-0.
