Village of Almond Board Minutes May 9, 2016

Village Board Meeting May 9, 2016 Members Present: J. Riggenbach, B. Roehrborn, R. Burns, S. Bunders, K. Olson, K. Stucker. Visitors: Dave Glodowski and Dan Folan President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm. B. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve the April meeting minutes. Motion carried 4-0. The Clerk gave the Treasurers report. J. Riggenbach made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to accept the Treasurers report. Motion carried 4-0. S. Bunders made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve voiding Check #4278 For $100.00 to Portage County Fire Chiefs Association dated 4/14/2014. Motion carried 4-0. Dave Glodowski from Gremmer Associates explained some options on the Elm St. Project. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by J. Riggenbach to approve the May disbursements. Motion carried 6-0. Dennis Felton was hired to replace George Heidger at the Collection Site. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to grant Operator License to Kevin Armstrong, Jonathan Armstrong and Roy Mitchell. Motion carried 6-0. Open Book June 6, 2016 from 3 to 5pm. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to adjourn. Motion carried 6-0. BOARD OF REVIEW JUNE 6, 2016 FROM 5 TO 7PM. Next Meeting June 13, 2016 at 7pm.
