Village of Almond Board Minutes August 8, 2016

Village Board Meeting August 8, 2016 Board Members Present: R. Burns, K. Stucker K. Olson and Brian Roehrborn. Visitors Present: Dan Folan. President called the meeting to order at 7pm.

1. Olson made a motion and seconded by K. Stucker to approve the July minutes. Motion carried 4-0.
2. Burns made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to approve the Treasurers report. Motion carried 4-0
3. Olson made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve the August disbursements. Motion carried 4-0.
4. Olson made a motion and seconded by K. Stucker to table the conversation on Black Topping by the Legion Hall until the Legion decided if they will be doing the project.

The Ordinance Books were updated with new pages per changes that have been made.

1. Olson made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve the 2^nd payment request for Earth Inc. Motion carried 4-0.

Next Meeting September 12, 2016 at 7pm.
