Village Board Minutes Jan 9, 2017

Village Board Meeting January 9, 2017 Members: B. Roehrborn, J. Riggenbach, K. Olson, R. Burns, S. Bunders. Visitors: Heidi Iwanski and Rick Iwanski. President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve the minutes of the December meeting. Motion carried 5-0. J. Riggenbach made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to approve the Treasurers report. Motion carried 5-0. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve the January disbursements. Motion carried 5-0. B. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to get Dan Folan a fruit basket. Motion carried 5-0. Ricky Iwanski is questioning the change of Zoning from Commercial to Residential on the side property to the West of his house. K. Trzebiatowski said he would take care of it. Discussion of replacing the snow plow because of rotting of the box. It will be looked into when Dan returns to work. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by J. Riggenbach to grant an Operator License to Janis Klismith. Motion carried 5-0. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to pay $2000.00 into the Replacement Fund each month. Motion carried 5-0. S. Bunders made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to adjourn. Motion carried 5-0. Jaclyn Lemke, Clerk
