Village of Almond Board Minutes March 13, 2017

Village Board Meeting March 13, 2017 Board Members Present: B. Roehrborn, J. Riggenbach, S. Bunders, R. Burns. Visitors: Dan Folan President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm. B. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve the Treasurers report. Motion carried 4-0. J. Riggenbach made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve the February minutes with the correction that the Lions can use the Fire Station after 2pm the Saturday of Tater Toot. Motion carried 4-0. S. Bunders made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve the March disbursements. Motion carried 4-0. J Riggenbach made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to close an old Recycling Savings account and put it into the Village Account under Recycling Grant. Motion carried 4-0. B. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to put a check for $227.47 from the Almond Area Business Association into the Beatification account. Motion carried 4-0. The Auditors said there is no problem with having a Contingency Fund for larger purchases. R. Burns made a motion and seconded by J. Riggenbach to purchase a Computer from Computer Magic and have files transferred for $650.00 to $800.00 for the Maintenance Dept, The cost will be split between the Village and Sewer accounts. Motion carried 4-0. James Johnson got three new Construction permits. Next Meeting April 10, 2017 S. Bunders made a motion to adjourn and seconded by R. Burns. Motion carried 4-0. Jaclyn Lemke, Clerk
