Village of Almond Plan Commission The Village of Almond Plan Commission will meet at the Village Municipal Center at 6:30 pm on Thursday April 27, 2017. The Plan Commission has been petitioned by Bonita J. Rosenthal to change the zoning on Lot 18 and S1/2 Lot 17 Block J of Frost Amd Plat from Commercial to residential.
