Village Board Meeting June 12, 2017 Members Present-B. Roehrborn, K. Olson, J. Riggenbach, R. Burns, S. Bunders, K. Stucker, Visitors-Bonnie Rosenthal and Dan Folan. President K. Trzebiatowski called the Public Hearing Meeting to order at 7pm. J. Riggenbach made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to rezone the Bonnie Rosenthal property lot 18 and south ½ of lot 17 from Commercial to Residential. Motion carried 6-0. J. Riggenbach made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to adjourn the Public Hearing meeting. Motion carried 6-0. President K. Trzebiatowski called the Meeting to order at 7:10pm. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by B. Roehrborn to approve the minutes of the May meeting. Motion carried 6-0. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by B. Roehrborn to approve the Treasurers report. Motion carried 6-0. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by J. Riggenbach to approve the June disbursements. Motion carried 6-0. J. Riggenbach made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to pay $4932.35 to Earth, Inc. to finish the Elm St. project. Motion carried 6-0. S. Bunders gave a report on what needs to be done if we were to change to Harter Disposal. B. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by K. Stucker to table the matter of the Harter-Advance project till the July Meeting with the Town of Almond. Motion carried 6-0. B. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to do a Letter of Title report for the Jerry Fay property. Motion carried 6-0. B. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to order 6 Polyester flags and poles for $223.50. Motion carried 6-0. R. Burns made a motion and seconded by B. Roehrborn to approve Compliance Maintenance Resolution #112 for the DNR. Motion carried 6-0. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to approve an Operator License for Brenda Ladecki. Motion carried 6-0. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to approve Class B Liquor and Beer License for Dees Bar and Grill LLC and Long Branch and Nauta Enterprises, Inc, dba Fuel Stop. Motion carried 6-0. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by J. Riggenbach to approve Class B Beer License for American Legion Post # 339. Motion carried 6-0. B. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve Picnic and Wine Cooler License for Almond Lions Club. Motion carried 6-0. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to approve a Cigarette License for Long Branch, Motion carried 6-0. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve Operator Licenses to Jim Williams, Deborah Bunk, Kevin Armstrong, Jonathan Armstrong, Gary Otto, Rochelle York, Brian Volk, Janis Klismith. Greg Otto, Carol Brewer, Courtney Baron, Steve Leary, Jennifer Meddaugh, Kayla Wellens, Kenneth Trzebiatowski, Billie Riske, Sandra Thurley, Dan Gliczynski, Robert Gutke, Jr., Robert Gutke III, Budd Gutke, Joe Meyer, Jerry Way, Madeline Gutke, Kurt Gutke, Zac Beggs. Motion carried 6-0. B. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by J. Riggenbach to let the Art Alliance set up a Bouncy House South of the Fire House. Motion carried 6-0. Next Meeting July 10, 2017. K.
