President B. Roehrborn called the Caucus to order at 4:45 pm.
President B. Roehrborn appointed Trustee L. Helmrick to chair the caucus as Brian is running for office.
L. Helmrick called for nominations for President
G. Otto nominated B. Roehrborn, seconded by R. Burns. There were no other nominations.
As there were no others L. Helmrick declared the nominations closed.
L. Helmrick called for nominations for Treasurer
D. Johnson made a motion, seconded by B. Roehrborn to nominate Heather Burns. There were no other nominations. As there were no others L. Helmrick declared the nominations closed.
L. Helmrick called for nominations for trustees. There are three positions
G. Otto nominated Tom Pagel, seconded by L. Helmrick
G. Otto nominated David Johnson, seconded by T. Pagel
L. Helmrick nominated Dennis Schultz, seconded by R. Burns
Dennis Schultz nominated Wally Tomczak, seconded by Tom Pagel
G. Otto nominated Carol Brewer, seconded by Dave Johnson
G. Otto nominated Dylan Warzynski, seconded by R. Burns
There were no other nominations. As there were no others, L Helmrick declared the nominations for trustees closed.
G. Otto made a motion, seconded by R. Burns to adjourn the caucus. Motion carried 6-0
Caucus adjourned at 4:55pm.
