Board Regular Meeting
April 8, 2024
5:00pm
Present: B. Roehrborn, D. Johnson, D. Schultz, D. Warzynski, G. Otto, L. Helmrick, C. Smith, H Burns

Meeting was called to order at 5:00 pm by President B. Roehrborn
Pledge of Allegiance was said.
L. Helmrick a motion, seconded by G Otto to approve the minutes from the March 11, 2024 board meeting. Motion approved 5-0.
Treasurer’s report H Burns gave the treasurer’s report. D. Schultz made a motion, seconded by L. Helmrick to approve the treasurer’s report. Motion approved 5-0.
Finance report: D. Johnson gave the finance report. D. Warzynski made a motion, seconded by G. Otto to approve the bills. Motion approved 5-0
Public Input-Art Pagel gave an update of the Historical Society new donations.
Public Works -D. Schultz has been in contact with someone that will give us an estimate on grinding down bad spots on some of our sidewalks. Dennis asked about taking down the no parking signs on Poplar
St. They are in bad shape. He was instructed to do so. No need for them at this time.
Sewer Replacement fund-Talked about transferring some of the funds from the sewer account into the replacement fund.-This was tabled till our March meeting in 2025.
Fire/EMS – Dry season are upon us. Please use the DNR web site for guidance on burning, when to and when not to. The DNR is who we have to following in the Village.
Properties – None
Equipment-None
Ordinance/Personnel – Ordinance chair has sent out letters for vehicle and debris. `
Zoning-Nothing
Beautification – Silk screen has been ordered; banner material has been purchased. Time to take down the Winter signs and put up the Spring/Summer ones.
Media/Sewer Clerk – Quarterly sewer bills have gone out.
BOR-Dave Johnson will take the training for the Board of Review this year.
Open Book will be Monday May 6, 2024, 11:00am – 1:00pm
Board of Review will be May 13, 2024 from 5PM to 7:00PM
Will try to do some crack filling this year.

Next meeting May 13, 2024 at 5:00pm
L. Helmrick made a motion, seconded by D. Johnson to go into closed session to discuss the hiring for the Maintenance Supervisor position. Motion approved 5-0
D. Schultz made a motion seconded by L. Helmrick to go back into open session. Motion approved 5-0.
D. Warzynski made a motion, seconded by L. Helmrick to adjourn. Motion approved 5-0
