Board Regular Meeting

Present: B. Roehrborn, D. Johnson, D. Schultz, D. Warzynski, L. Helmrick, C. Schmidt, C. Smith,
Meeting was called to order at 5:00 pm by President B. Roehrborn
Pledge of Allegiance was said.
L. Helmrick made a motion, seconded by C. Schmidt to adjourn into closed session to interview candidates for the Maintenance Supervisor’s position. Motion approved 5-0.
D. Schultz made a motion, seconded by C. Schmidt to go back into open session. Motion approved 5-0
Adjourned at 6:45pm
After a short discussion it was realized that all was not completed in closed session before we went into open, therefore D. Schultz made a motion, seconded by L. Helmrick to go back into closed session to finish the unfinished business. Time 6:50pm
L. Helmrick made a motion, seconded by D. Schultz to leave the closed session and go into open meeting.
As there was no more discussion/action to come before the board, D. Johnson made a motion, seconded by D. Schultz to adjourn.
