Present: B. Roehrborn, D. Johnson, D. Schultz, D. Warzynski, W Tomczak, L. Helmrick, H. Burns

Visitors: Greg Otto

Meeting was called to order at 5:04 pm by President B. Roehrborn

Pledge of Allegiance was said.

D. Johnson made a motion, seconded by W. Tomczak to approve the minutes from the November 10, 2025 meeting.  Motion approved 5-0

Treasurer’s report – H. Burns gave the treasurer’s report.  L. Helmrick made a motion, seconded by D. Johnson to approve the treasurer’s report.  Motion approved 5-0.

Finance report:  D. Johnson gave the finance report. L. Helmrick made a motion, seconded by W. Tomczak to approve the bills.  Motion approved 5-0.

Approval of poll workers for 2026-2027-D. Warzynski made a motion, seconded by W Tomczak to approve the following poll workers for 2026-2027-Jamie Schmidt-Republican, Micki Pagel, Laurie Schultz, Patti Wohlfeil, Joan Rohde, Debra Bradley – Unaffiliated.  Motion approved 5-0

Discussion/Approval operator’s license for Anthony W. Wolfe for Firecracker Too.  L. Helmrick made a motion, seconded by W. Tomczak to approve the operator’s license for Anthony W. Wolfe.  Motion approved 5-0.

Public Input – None

Public Works –None

Fire/EMS –Junior fire fighter starting

Properties -None

Ordinance/Personnel – Working on camper on Blane St. Waiting on county for information.  Revised storage permit for car storage for County D. Devon Austin.

Review sewer rates – D. Schultz made a motion, seconded by L. Helmrick to raise the sewer rates across the board by 10%.  Motion approved 5-0

Equipment – Salter fixed, broom brushes need to be replaced soon.  Greg will look at prices and let equipment committee make the decision and bring it to the board for approval.  Greg would like to get a backup camera for the pickup truck, tool chest and light bar up to $700.00.  L. Helmrick made a motion, seconded by W. Tomczak to approve this request.  Motion approved 5-0.

Cemetery –D. Warzynski made a motion, seconded by D. Johnson to take CD-4023 and deposited into the checking account in January.  CD-7056 and put one-half in checking and the other half in a new 3-year CD.  Motin approved 5-0 Change status of cemetery to the Village.

Beautification – Denis over spent new banner $250.00.  Need to pull money from somewhere else to pay the bill.

Media/Sewer – News articles due by 10am tomorrow.

Set caucus date for January 12, 2026 at 4:45pm

D. Johnson made a motion, seconded by L. Helmrick to adjourn.  Motion approved 5-0
