Meeting was called to order at 5:00 pm by President B. Roehrborn
Pledge of Allegiance was said.
D. Schultz made a motion, seconded by D. Warzynski to approve the minutes from the May meeting. Motion approved 4-0.
Treasurer’s report – H. Burns gave the treasurer’s report. D. Johnson made a motion, seconded by D. Warzynski to approve the treasurer’s report. Motion approved 4-0.
Finance report: D. Johnson gave the finance report. D. Warzynski made a motion, seconded by T. Manske to approve the bills. Motion approved 4-0.
Public Input – None
Public Works –The board discussed different means to fix the alley behind Craig Newby’s house.
Fire/EMS –D Johnson made a motion, seconded by T. Manske to approve hiring Tim Cisewski as our new fire chief starting June 1, 2026. Motion approved 4-0. New ceiling lights are being installed on Tuesday. New trailer is here and getting ready to put in service.
Properties – None
Ordinance/Personnel – D Schultz made a motion, seconded by T. Manske to approve the CMR resolution #121 for the sewer system. Motion approved 4-0. Ordinance committee needs to look at our sewer ordinances.

D. Johnson made a motion, seconded by D. Schultz to approve the applications for operator’s licenses. Approved 4-0.

Equipment – Greg has found someone to look at the wheel loader. D. Schultz made a motion, seconded by D. Warzynski to approve Greg purchasing a different used snow blower, spending up to $2500.00. Motion approved 4-0. Two out of our three weed trimmers are broken. D. Schultz made a motion, seconded by D. Warzynski to let Greg purchase one Dewalt trimer with extra battery. Motion approved 4-0. D. Schultz brought up about the Jetter needs repairs for the camera. The Equipment committee is to bring back quotes on the repairs needed or other options to choose from.
Open Book will be July 6, 2026 noon to 3 pm
Board of Review will be July 13, 2026 at 3:30 pm. The Village is getting revaluated this year.
