Board Regular Meeting
February 8, 2021
Present: K. Trzebiatowski, J. Riggenbach, R. Burns, B. Roehrborn, K. Olson, C. Schmidt, H. Burns C. Smith,

Pledge of Allegiance was said
Meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by President K. Trzebiatowski
B. Roehrborn made a motion, seconded by J. Riggenbach to approve the January minutes. Motion approved 5-0.
Treasurer’s Report: H. Burns gave the treasurer’s report. K. Olson made a motion, seconded by B. Roehrborn to accept the Treasurer’s report. Motion approved 5-0.
Finance -J. Riggenbach gave the finance report. K. Olson made a motion, seconded by J. Riggenbach to pay the bills. Motion approved 5-0.
Fire/EMS – Fire/EMS received a donation of $200.00 from a vehicle accident.
Public Works – Discussion held on the Harter’s bill and other options we might have for waste collection as Harter’s are proposing an increase in rates. We will extend an invite to the Town Board to attend our next meeting to further discuss this situation.
Electrical panel has not been installed in the lift station yet. Dave will look into this.
Properties – None
Ordinance/Personnel – Discussion was held on managing houses and properties. Nothing was decided. Discussion was held on ATV/UTV usage of the roads.
Discussion/Action to renew the Humane Society contract. J. Riggenbach made a motion, seconded by B. Roehrborn to sign the contract. Motion approved 5-0
Equipment – Dave got his CDL.
Zoning –One building permit has been issued
Cemetery – Discussion was held on updated draft of rules on the cemetery and to have a sign made. K. Olson made a motion, seconded by R. Burns to adopt the updated rules and to get a sign made to be posted on the cemetery. Motion approved 5-0.
Beautification – None
Media/Sewer Clerk –None
Anything else to come before the board – Set date for the BOR, May 10, 2021 6-8PM
Should be getting the grant money from the Church St project any day now.
Next Board will be March 8, 2021 at 7:00pm
K. Olson made a motion, seconded by R. Burns to adjourn. Motion passed 5-0
