In the absence of the Village President the Clerk appointed Jim Riggenbach to chair the meeting.
J. Riggenbach called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm
S. Bunders made a motion, seconded by C. Schmidt to accept the March minutes. Motion approved 5-0.
Treasurer’s Report: H. Burns gave the treasurer’s report. B. Roehrborn made a motion, seconded by K. Olsen to accept the Treasurer’s report. Motion approved 5-0.
Finance – R. Burns gave the finance report. K. Olsen made a motion seconded by B. Roehrborn to pay the bills. Motion approved 5-0.
Public Works -None
Properties – None
Ordinances /Personnel– Discussion was held on retirement benefits for D. Schauer. The board decided it needed for information and tabled the discussion until the May meeting.
The board had much discussion on the burning ordinance. It still had questions that needed to be answered by D. Folan. As he was not able to be present, further discussion was tabled until the May meeting.
Equipment – None
Zoning – One person is doing some remodeling and got a zoning permit.
Cemetery – None
Beautification – None
Our next board meeting will be May 13, 2019 at 7:00 PM.
