Village Board Meeting April 8, 2013 Board Members: D. Helmrick, R. Burns, S. Bunders, K. Stucker, B. Roehrborn. Visitors: Dan Folan President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm.
  1. Bunders made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to approve the minutes of the March Meeting. Motion carried 4-0.
  2. Bunders made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to approve the Treasures report. Motion carried 5-0.
  3. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve the April disbursements. Motion carried 5-0.
Kory Stucker received votes at the Election and will fill the Vacant Trustee seat.
  1. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to do the balance of the Electrical Service upgrade. Motion carried 5-0.
  2. Helmrick made motion and seconded by R. Burns to gravel the alley East of 3rd St. at an estimate of $3100.00. Motion carried 5-0.
  3. Bunders made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to order 48 Street signs in green and white and upper and lower case and brackets and 10 Stop signs. Motion carried 5-0.
  4. Stucker made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to Lease a Tractor from Reister and Schnell for 1 year. Motion carried 5-0.
  5. Helmrick made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to send 2 people to the WorkHorseWorkshop.Motion carried 5-0.
  6. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to order the class material from the Wis Towns Lawyers Conference. Motion carried 5-0.
There will be a Tire Round-Up and Appliance Round-Up at the Collection site. Dates to be announced. Joint Fire Meeting April 16th at 7pm. Portage County Executive Listening Session May 13, 2013 at 6pm. Next Meeting May 13, 2013 7pm.
