Village Board Minutes, Nov 11, 2013

Village Board Meeting November 11, 2013 Members Present: D. Helmrick, B Roehrborn, R. Burns, K. Olson, S Bunders. Visitors: Art Pagel and Dan Folan President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm.

1. Olson made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to approve the minutes of the October meeting. Motion carried 4-0.
2. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to approve the November disbursements. Motion carried 4-0.

Art Pagel asked questions on the Building Permit letter that was mailed to the Village residents.

1. Olson made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to approve the Treasurers report. Motion carried 5-0.

8pm- K. Olson made a motion and seconded by B. Roehrborn to adjourn to the Budget Hearing. Lorraine Pagel approved the Budget. B. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to adjourn back to the regular meeting. Motion carried 5-0. K Olson made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to adopt the 2014 Budget. Motion carried 5-0. The Fire Committee reported that the Joint Fire Committee met and $110 Thousand was top to be paid for a Fire Truck that needs to be replaced.

1. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to borrow up to $40 Thousand for the Fire Truck that needs to be replaced. Motion carried 5-0.

Randy Wohlfiel, Stewart Clark, Carol Smith and Dan Folan received recognition for 30 years of EMT Service at the EMT Banquet held in Plover. Next Meeting December 9^th 2013.

1. Helmrick made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to adjourn at 8:30pm. Motion carried 5-0.
