Village Board Meeting
August 10, 2015
Members Present: D. Helmrick, B. Roehrborn, K. Stucker, R. Burns:
Visitors: Arick Iwanski, Dan Folan.
President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm.
- Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to approve the minutes of the July meeting. Motion carried 4-0.
- Stucker made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve the Treasurers report. Motion carried 4-0.
- Helmrick made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve the August disbursements. Motion carried 4-0.
Discussion on Grant Process.
- Helmrick made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to change the Clerks position from Elected to Appointed. Motion carried 4-0.
- Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to eliminate from Treasurers duties the work of Sewer Assistant. Motion carried 4-0.
- Burns made a motion and seconded by K. Stucker to move the Cemetery Assistant from Treasurers duties to Deputy Clerk. Motion carried 4-0.
- Stucker made a motion and seconded by D. Helmrick to change Clerk duties from Sewer Billing to Sewer Assistant. Motion carried 4-0.
- Roehrborn is working on setting up all Information Electronically for CMOM.
Next Meeting September 14, 2015 @7pm.
- Burns made a motion and seconded by K. Stucker to adjourn. Motion carried 4-0.
