Village Board Meeting March 14, 2016 Board Members Present- B. Roehrborn, K. Stucker, J. Riggenbach, R. Burns, K. Olson, S. Bunders. Visitors- Norman Yonke, Dave Glodowski, Dan Folan. President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to rescind the motion made in February to purchase a John Deere Sweeper Brush head because of wrong price quote. Motion carried 5-0. B. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded and seconded by R. Burns to approve the February minutes with the rescind of purchase of John Deere Sweeper Brush. Motion carried 5-0. J. Riggenbach made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to approve the Treasurers report. Motion carried 6-0. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by J. Riggenbach to approve the March disbursements. Motion carried 6-0. Dave Glodowski explained and answered questions on the bids and how they will be doing the different phases of the Elm Street project. B. Roehrborn made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to award the Elm St. Project to Earth Inc. @ $390,464.30. Motion carried 6-0. Deteriorated houses and building were discussed. J. Riggenbach will be taking pictures and the matter will discussed at a future meeting. The Lagoon will be surveyed in the next few weeks. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by B. Roehrborn to go from E1 to E3 Blacktop on Elm St. Motion carried 6-0. R. Burns made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to buy repair parts for the John Deere Sweeper Brush. Motion carried 6-0. B. Roehrborn explained that there is a Press release in place if there are problems with the Sewer. Next Meeting April 11, 2016 at 7pm. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to adjourn.
