Village Board Minutes – Dec 12, 2016

Village Board Meeting December 12, 2016 Members Present: B. Roehrborn, K. Stucker, J. Riggenbach, R. Burns, S. Bunders and K. Olson. Visitors: Dan Folan President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm. J. Riggenbach made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to approve the minutes of the November meeting. Motion carried 4-0. R. Burns made a motion and seconded by K. Olson to approve the Treasurers report. Motion carried 6-0. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by J. Riggenbach to approve the December disbursements. Motion carried 6-0. There was a discussion on excess number of vehicles on some properties. This will be checked out. Discussion on complaints of Violations of Village and County Ordinances by Long Branch Tavern. The Owner and Lessee will be receiving a letter. K. Olson made a motion and seconded by S. Bunders to grant Operator Licenses to Jennifer Meddaugh, Brian Volk and Courtney Baron. Motion carried 6-0. Caucus @ 6:30 on January 9th, 2017 Meeting @ 7pm on January 9th, 2017 K.
