President K Trzebiatowski called the Caucus to order at 6:45 pm.
President K. Trzebiatowski opened the floor for nominations for Village President.
R. Burns nominated B. Roehrborn, seconded by J. Riggenbach.
After three calls for nominations, B. Roehrborn made a motion, seconded by J. Riggenbach to close nominations. Motion passed 4-0
Nominations for the Treasurer’s position was opened.
B. Roehrborn nominated Heather Burns, seconded by J. Riggenbach
After three calls for nominations, B. Roehrborn made a motion, seconded by J. Riggenbach to close the nominations. Motion passed 4-0
Nominations for the three Trustee’s positions was opened.
J. Riggenbach nominated R. Burns, seconded by B. Roehrborn
R. Burns nominated David Johnson, seconded by K. Trzebiatowski, Kevin Fenske, seconded by H. Burns, and Susan Sanchez, seconded by J. Riggenbach. After three calls for nominations, J. Riggenbach made a motion, seconded by R. Burns to close nominations. Motion passed 4-0
J. Riggenbach made a motion, seconded by B. Roehrborn to adjourn the caucus. Motion carried 4-0
Caucus adjourned at 7:00pm
