Meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by C. Smith in the absence of President B. Roehrborn. C. Smith immediately appointed R. Burns to be chair of the meeting.
Pledge of Allegiance was said.
S. Bunders made a motion, seconded by K. Fenske to approve the May minutes. Motion approved 5-0.
Treasurer’s Report: H. Burns gave the treasurer’s report. K. Olson made a motion, seconded by S. Bunders to accept the Treasurer’s report. Motion approved 5-0.
Public Input – None
Finance – D. Johnson gave the finance report. K. Olson made a motion, seconded by S. Bunders to pay the bills. Motion approved 5-0. The village will be applying for America Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funds from the Fed government
Fire/EMS – Joint fire meeting was held and they approved putting 1405 up for sale at this time.
Public Works – S. Bunders updated us on the curbside/recycling status.

Cemetery – It was decided that the tree in question will remain and the headstone will be fixed.
We will get an estimation from a mason to fix the retaining wall at a later date.
Beautification – R. Burns presented the board with two new pictures for possible use on the outside library wall. The board decided on one of them. R. Burns will contact Greg Wright and tell him of the decision so we can keep moving with this project.
Media/Sewer Clerk –H. Burns reminded the board that a newsletter will be going out the later part of July and would like any news articles to her by July 13th.
Anything else to come before the board – Mary Kay Helbach asked some questions on the boundaries by her property and adjourning properties.
Next Board will be July 12, 2021 at 7:00pm.
