Present: B. Roehrborn, D. Johnson, D. Schultz, D. Warzynski, L. Helmrick, C. Schmidt, C. Smith, H. Burns, W. Tomczak
Meeting was called to order at 5:00 pm by President B. Roehrborn
Pledge of Allegiance was said.
L. Helmrick made a motion, seconded by C. Schmidt to adjourn into closed session to discuss wages/benefits for the supervisor’s position.
L. Helmrick made a motion, seconded by C. Schmidt to go back into open session. Motion approved 6-0
Adjourned at 6:35pm
D. Schultz reported on finding a wheel loader. He told all about it and left if up to the committee to look further into it.
As there was no more discussion/action to come before the board L. Helmrick made a motion, seconded by W. Tomczak to adjourn.
