Brenda Newby came before the board to ask what is going to be done with the alley north of Oak St. behind her house.  It continues to wash out and flows onto Oak Street that was just redone.  The board is looking into this and will come up with something that will not wash out.  She also has concerns with the condition and more stuff is being put on the property 235 Blaine St.  Now there is an older truck parked there.  The owner continues to putting more stuff there and is not tearing down the burnt-out house or cleaning it up.  It is getting to be bad.  The board will look into this again.

Patricia Voss came before the board to ask if they would pay for her sewer lateral cleanout.  After much discussion, she was asked to get a better description from Roto-Rooter of where the blockage was so the board could determine who owes the bill.  She will bring this back to the board.
