Board Regular Meeting
March 8, 2021

Meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by President K. Trzebiatowski
B. Roehrborn made a motion, seconded by K. Olson to approve the February minutes. Motion approved 6-0.
Treasurer’s Report: H. Burns gave the treasurer’s report. J. Riggenbach made a motion, seconded by B. Roehrborn to accept the Treasurer’s report. Motion approved 6-0.
Public Works – Discussion was held on curb side pickup vs the present use of the collection site for garbage and recycleables. Nick from Harter’s was present to answer question from the boards on cost, etc. The board decided they need to get more public input as to what the people of the village and town would like. Also need to get better cost figures together. The finance committee will meet to discuss this.
Steve is going to help with tree removal around the village. This is part of the DNR Urban Forestry Grant that we applied for.
Finance – S. Bunders gave the finance report. B. Roehrborn made a motion, seconded by C. Schmidt to pay the bills. Motion approved 6-0.
Fire/EMS – None
Discussion/Action on an Operator’s license for James M. Dorste. J. Riggenbach made a motion, seconded by K. Olson to approve the operator’s license for James M. Dorste. Motion approved 6-0
Properties – None
Ordinance/Personnel – None
Equipment – Plow truck has been fixed. Our new leased tractor has been ordered. Increased hours to 400a year.
Zoning –None
Cemetery – Minor adjustment to one of the rules from “the caretaker person determines what is to be trimmed or removed for shrubs and tree” to the Village will decides. A new sign has been ordered and will be displayed in the present frame. Dave will fix up the present frame. Needs painting and a new roof.
Beautification – None
Media/Sewer Clerk –None
Anything else to come before the board – Changed date for the BOR, June 14, 2021 6-8PM
Next Board will be April 12, 2021 at 7:00pm
K. Olson made a motion, seconded by S. Bunders to adjourn. Motion passed 6-0
