Board members present, President Brian Roehrborn, Equipment committee chair Carl Schmidt, Board members Richard Burns, Tom Pagel, Greg Otto.
Convened meeting at 5:05pm
Discussion and vote on Snow removal equipment contract with Chris Anderson – Thunderstruck Farms. Motion made Tom Pagel, seconded Greg Otto, vote unanimous 4 yes
Discussion on Sewer Jettier after repairs completed unit was tested and last item needed is a new cutter motor. Motion made by Richard Burns seconded by Greg Otto to purchase unit at a cost of $ 659. Vote unanimous 4 yes
Evaluation was made on Village Equipment as to condition, repairs or replacement if needed. Two items were found to be needing replacement when funds become available. 1st Snow Blower attachment for John Deer tractor and 2nd Brush attachment for John Deer tractor. Other items considered where cordless power tool set as batteries are at end of life. Also discussed was the need for new tires for village pickup truck, proposed purchase of two this year before Winter and the two remaining next fiscal year.
