Board Regular Meeting
March 9, 2026
5:00pm

Present: B. Roehrborn, D. Johnson, D Schultz, L. Helmrick, H. Burns, C. Smith, W. Tomczak

Visitors: Greg Otto

Meeting was called to order at 5:00 pm by President B. Roehrborn

Pledge of Allegiance was said.

D. Johnson made a motion, seconded by W. Tomczak to approve the minutes from the February meeting.  Motion approved 4-0.

Treasurer’s report – H. Burns gave the treasurer’s report.  D. Schultz made a motion, seconded by D. Johnson to approve the treasurer’s report.  Motion approved 4-0.

Finance report:  D. Johnson gave the finance report. L. Helmrick made a motion, seconded by W. Tomczak to approve the bills.   Motion approved 4-0.

W. Tomczak made a motion, seconded by D. Johnson to approve Jordan A Glocke for an operator’s license for Firecracker Too.  Motion approved 4-0.

Public Input – None

Public Works – None

Fire/EMS –Members are continuing education.  2% audit coming up in March.  Fire Chief requested a Joint Fire Commission meeting for March 12, 2026 at 7:00PM.

Properties -Sidewalk discussion.  L. Helmrick made a motion, seconded by D. Johnson to allocate $4,345.00 for sidewalk repairs this year.  Motion approved.

Ordinance/Personnel – report of property at 197 CTY RD J with extensive garbage.  Lori will send out a letter to remove this.

Equipment –Working on leak on loader.

Zoning – None

Cemetery –None

Beautification – None

Media/Sewer – None

Greg asked for help to pay for uniforms for work.  Tabled till next month.  Need more information.

Wally asked for reimbursement for damage to his phone while he was working for the Village. No action.

D. Johnson made a motion, seconded by L. Helmrick to adjourn.  Motion approved 4-0
