Meeting was called to order at 5:45 pm by L. Helmrick as the President was not present.
Pledge of Allegiance was said.
Report on Joint Fire Meeting-Fire Chief gave an update from the Joint Fire Meeting.
Discussion/approval increase in pay for Fire Chief. D. Johnson made a motion, seconded by L. Helmrick to approve $3500.00 for the Fire Chief. Motion approved 5-0
Discussion/approval of a job description of the Fire Chief. Discussing was held and then the board contacted the Town Board via telephone and further discussed the changes to the Job description that is in the fire department’s by-laws. After a lengthy discussion of both boards, Kip said he would put together a job description and send it to both boards for approval/suggestion to use as the posting of a notice for a new Fire Chief. The boards would like this posted by April 1, 2026. L. Helmrick made a motion, seconded by D. Warzynski. Motion approved 5-0
L. Helmrick made a motion, seconded by D. Warzynski to adjourn. Motion approved 5-0.
