Village Board Meeting
June 8, 2015
Board Members Present: D. Helmrick, B. Roehrborn, S. Bunders, Richard Burns.
Visitors: Brianne Kotolski, Dan Folan, Matt Rusch.
President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 7pm.
- Helmrick made a motion and seconded by B. Roehrborn to approve the May minutes. Motion carried 4-0.
- Roehrborn made a motion and second by S. Bunders to approve the June disbursements. Motion carried 4-0.
There was no Treasurers report as the statements have not been received.
Personnel Committee will meet on Monday June 15
th to Review applicants for Deputy Clerk.
The Treasurer has given her notice of intent to resign.
Dan Folan and Brian Roehrborn will be attending a CMOM meeting on 6/16/15.
Matt Rusch presented and answered questions on the Audit.
- Bunders made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to grant Class B Beer and Liquor Licenses to Fuel Stop, Dees Bar and Grill, LLC and Long Branch. Motion carried 4-0.
- Bunders made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to grant Class B Beer to The American Legion. Motion carried 4-0.
- Helmrick made a motion and seconded by B. Roehrborn to grant Picnic and Wine Cooler License to Almond Lions Club. Motion carried 4-0.
- Bunders made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to grant Cigarette License to Fuel Stop and Dees Bar and Grill LLC. Motion carried 4-0.
- Bunders made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to grant Operators License to
Billie Riske, Diane Veley, Brittany Johnson, Dana Folan, Kayla Wellens, Steve Leary, Jason Lancour, Amanda Methfessel, Kenneth Trzebiatowski, Rochelle York, Eric Johnson, JoAnn Mundinac, Gary Otto,and Denise Gregory. Motion carried 4-0.
- Bunders made a motion and seconded by R. Burns to granr Operators License to Deb Clark, Jerry Way, Kurt Gutke, Robert Gutke, Jr, Robert Gutke III, Budd Gutke, Greg Swan, Roger Hetzel, Joe Meyer, Carol Brewer and Greg Otto. Motion carried 4-0.
