Village of Almond Special Meeting

Present: K Trzebiatowski, R Burns, J Riggenbach, K Olsen, S Bunders, H Burns, C. Schultz, B. Roehrborn, C Smith
Also, present was Dan Folan
President K. Trzebiatowski called the meeting to order at 6:00PM.
The board proceeded to go over the information for a different commercial tractor with cab and attachments to replace our current lawnmower tractor.
After much discussion, K. Olsen made a motion, seconded by B. Roehrborn, to buy the John Deere 1575 minus any unnecessary options we do not need. Roll call vote: B. Roehrborn-yes, R. Burns-yes, J. Riggenbach-yes, K. Olsen-yes, C. Schmidt-yes. Motion passed 5-0.
K. Olsen made a motion, seconded by R. Burns to fix the current tractor repaired providing it is at a reasonable cost not to exceed $3,000.00. Roll call vote: B. Roehrborn-yes, R. Burns-yes, J. Riggenbach-yes, K. Olsen-yes, C. Schmidt-yes. Motion passed 5-0.
K. Olsen made a motion, seconded by J. Riggenbach to adjourn.
